A standard radon mitigation system typically costs $1,295, and half of homeowners paid between $1,100 and $1,495. That's from 35,413 systems installed in Pennsylvania homes since 2021, as reported to the state.

Other states

Pennsylvania is the only state we know of that publishes the price of every radon system installed. Prices elsewhere are probably in a similar range, but we haven't verified that yet. We're collecting real prices from other states and will add them as they come in.
